Cancer Support

The Cancer Support group is a faith-based group, which provides an opportunity to minister to one another when dealing with a diagnosis of cancer. It provides a spiritual base as a way to strengthen each other in faith as well as provide a place to be heard and understood by people walking the same road. When you participate in a group like this one, you either get support; give support or both. The group meets in person in the Guadalupe room the 2nd Thursday of the month. Contact facilitator with questions.
Facilitator: Regin Reenan, RN 303-916-7991 or [email protected]

Peer-to-Peer: Support in addition to the monthly Cancer Support Group meetings for those going through cancer. Our goal is to provide one-on-one support to those actively going through treatment by putting you in touch with someone who has had a similar diagnosis, treatment, and/or experience. Peer-to-peer support from someone who has “been through it” can be very valuable.

If you have been affected by cancer, have had treatment, including but not limited to, surgery, chemo, or radiation, and would like to offer your services and experiences to others going through a similar situation, please reach out to Mary Selvaggi, the Parish Nurse, for more information.

If you have recently been diagnosed or would like to speak to a fellow peer who has had a similar experience, please reach out Mary Selvaggi, the Parish Nurse at 513-388-4184 and we will try to put you in contact with a fellow peer.
