Parish Registration

Registration Form

To register at Immaculate Heart of Mary parish, you have three options:
  1. Come to the Parish Welcome Center, fill out a registration form, and receive a packet of information on the parish.The Parish Welcome Center is the building adjacent to Arby's. The main entrance is from the parking lot behind the building
  2. Fill out the form below and submit the registration form
  3. New Parishioner Registration is conducted after all weekend Masses in the Lourdes Room.
