Ohio HB 351 - Ohio Electric Payments to Maintain Inefficient, Polluting Coal Plants

House Bill 6 repeal is incomplete without ending subsidies for two obsolete coal plants. HB 351 would end the injustice of Ohio electric consumers paying to maintain coal plants that are not needed to provide electric power in Ohio. The plants produce high levels of pollution; deliver electricity that is more expensive than the market rate.

It is very helpful to let your Representative know how you feel on this important issue to care for our environment and future generations.
